Online Stores To Check Out!

This is a little different to my normal posts but I thought it could really help a few of you out! I'm always on the look out for cheap online clothing stores but it can be quite an effort finding them using Google, as they're often berried 12 pages in and we all know that the only page we like to look at is the first one. Over the last few months I have stumbled upon lots of brilliant sites that I otherwise would of had no idea existed. After getting compliments on various garments i've purchased from a variety of these websites but never being able to remember the name I thought I would make a post with all the links so that you can all enjoy the bargains too!

These are the sites that I have ordered from and a quick review of the service and product:

1) 6ks - I ordered a skirt from 6ks and was pleasantly surprised with the quality. Shipping took about 2-3 weeks which is pretty standard as they are shipped from abroad, but overall good service.

2) Choies - This site does some really great pieces and copies a lot of trends at a very good price. I ordered two T-shirts and a Top from here and was not greatly impressed with the t-shirts as the fabric was really cheap, the Top was really nice though.
A lot of Youtubers that I follow have done various hauls showing some really amazing things from Choies so my tip would be to choose wisely and you could get yourself some really incredible things!

3) Romwe - Shipping takes a while but otherwise really impressed with the things I ordered!

Now for some others stores I have found but not yet ordered with:

2) Oasap

I really hope that this was useful and that you find some good bargains! Comment below any other online stores that you know of as you can never have too many places to spend you're money haha! HAPPY SHOPPING :)

Kylie Jenner Inspired Make-up

I've been loving Kylie Jenner's make-up that she's been doing this last few months, it's radiant and seductive. Her knew pout has proven rather controversial leaving people convinced that she has had fillers..oh the power of make-up!

I attempted to do an inspired look, one that would be wearable and comfortable, but still capture the overall look of Kylie.

First I primed my face with the Nivea Daily Essentials Primer for sensitive skin to give me a smooth soft base to work from. I only bought this product recently and am already a huge fan. I had previously been using the MUA Primer which was quite good but I found after a while that it began drying out my skin so I chose a more moisturising primer. I find my foundation glides on after using this and stays on much better throughout the day.

I ordered this about a month ago online and it was delivered just as I needed it! This palette was on sale and seeing as I wanted to experiment with a variety of concealer tones I figured I may as well purchase it. After reading the long list of ingredients on the back of the tin, something in me feels hesitant to use this on a daily basis, but it will be great for specific make-up looks and the odd night out.

I used the green/blue colour to cancel out any red tones in my skin, blended in using my Real Techniques blending brush. I have read various reviews and posts about using green toned primers and concealers to cancel out redness on the skin and this was mu first time actually trying it out. I was actually very impressed with the results and the red tone in my skin certainly was reduced more so than with any other product I have used.

After covering up my blemishes I then used a light layer of my Rimmel Wake Me Up foundation in soft beige.

To give my eyes a nice even base I used this shimmery gold eye shadow from No7 all over the lid before building up the darker colours.

I then began shaping my eye using this beautiful warm red/brown colour. I like using warm browns underneath my make-up sometimes as it really helps to create more depth to the eye and creates a more fluid blend of colours.

To create the smokey brown effect I used a dark brown shadow from Mac and gently began blending into the crease and inner corner. I would usually focus the darker shades of the make-up towards the outer corner, however to emulate Kylie's eye shape I found that making a rounder shape and focusing the dark pigments towards the centre and inner corner really made the look come together.

I then used a liquid liner to draw a cat eye similar to Kylie's, due to the shape of my eye it was hard to get the same exact shape as hers, but I did my own version that worked with my eyes. I then coated my lashes in mascara and the eyes were done!

I have been loving creating different eyebrow shapes with my Collection Eyebrow kit, and creating Kylie's were surprisingly easy. I made them rounded at the brow bone and longer than my natural brow. I then highlighted under my brow using the lightest colour on my concealer palette.

I contoured my face using a dark brown shade from the concealer palette and blended in with a fluffy brush. A generous amount of bronzer and a little highlighter on my cheeks and the look was completed!

Please ignore my messy room in the background haha. I really hope you liked this look and I hope it gave a few tips on how to create a similar look. Comment down below is there's any celeb looks you want to see me do :)

May Favourites (Beauty and Non-Beauty)

MAY FAVOURITES!

First and foremost is this little jar of spicy goodness, Luchito Mexican Chillies! They are smokey and delicious, with a serious kick. I bought these from where I work as we stock lots of unique products to sell, as well as use in the kitchen to cook with. The brand also makes a honey and a mayonnaise using these chillies, which are both yummy. I bought the chillies on their own as I wanted to experiment with making my own spicy concoctions! Here is a link to the Luchito site if you wana nab yourself some.. http://gran.luchito.co.uk/

The next product is this Bronzer from Goddess Rocks. I had never heard of this brand until I was kindly given this bronzer as a gift a little while ago. It has found it's way into my make-up bag this month as the sun has started to shine and I have been loving doing a golden bronzer make-up look that really gives my face a lovely glow.

This super inexpensive product has been used a lot this month, hence the very grubby exterior. This is the Collection Eyebrow Kit, and the matte basic shadow colours allow me to get the perfect match to my natural brow colour. It comes with a brilliant little angle brush that gives precise application and blending, as well as a clear mascara to keep any unruly hairs in place!

Another food related favourite of course...Chia Seeds! I'm sure everyone has heard of this superfood as it has become super popular recently. My mum has been buying these for years but I only started really incorporating them into my daily diet as of this last month. I tend to sprinkle them on my cereal or add them to a smoothie/juice, I have noticed a change in my energy levels as the extra protein boost in the morning helps me kick start my day.

I'm a big fan on lovely smelling things, and I always have candles and incense sticks burning in my bedroom, it really relaxes me and helps me have a clear mind for whatever thing i'm doing that day. These 'Pure Gardenia' Zara incense have been my go to scent this month, I think the fresh, clean, floral smell really emulates the summery vibes of the weather and of how i've been feeling this month, making my room my favourite place!

Last but no least is this jacket from Pull and Bear. I never normally go into Pull and Bear, but whilst shopping with my best friend who was over from New York, I paid it a visit and was pleasantly surprised! This jacket is one my favourite pieces in my wardrobe, it's a beautiful blushed leather with black scuba material sleeves. The chunky silver zips and baseball style deign make it really unique. It screams sports luxe which is a big trend this summer, and for just £20 I couldn't resist!

I hope you enjoyed my May Favourites, new posts on there way very soon!
